all posters are printed on heavyweight fine art paper — acid-free, age-resistant, and museum-grade. the surface is matt. paper is a deliberate part of the design — weight and texture are not afterthoughts.
[formats]
the standard format is 70 × 100 cm. some designs are available in different dimensions — the exact format is listed on each product page.
[print methods]
most posters are screen-printed: ink is pressed layer by layer through a mesh onto the paper. each colour is a separate pass — the result is vivid, dense, and visibly hand-made on closer inspection.

[numbering]
every poster is part of a limited edition. each copy carries a handwritten number in the format 12/50 — the first number is the copy's position, the second is the total edition size. a second edition receives its own numbering and is treated as a distinct release.
[signature]
all posters are signed by the designer — by hand, on the print itself. the signature sits in the lower right corner. it is part of the original, not an addition after the fact.
[prices]
a poster's price reflects three factors: print complexity (number of colours and passes), edition size (smaller editions cost more), and edition number (first editions are the most expensive). the current price is listed on each product page.
[shipping and returns]
shipping
all posters are carefully packaged and shipped either rolled or in sturdy flat packaging. delivery time depends on the poster's availability status:

in production: approx. 2–3 weeks
on request: subject to individual arrangement

payment
we accept Visa and PayPal. payment is processed at checkout via our payment provider Snipcart. the invoice amount is charged immediately upon completion of your order.
contract language and conclusion
the contract language is German or English. the contract is concluded when you submit your order. you will receive an order confirmation by email. the contract text is not stored separately; we recommend archiving your confirmation email.
returns and withdrawal
you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. you can submit your withdrawal via the form on this website or informally by email to info@citeseeing.de.
return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. refunds are issued via the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
exception: posters produced individually to your specifications via the Customize option are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
