when you place an order, the following data is processed:
name, delivery address, and billing address (if different)

third-country transfer: snipcart is a canadian company. canada has an adequacy decision from the european commission pursuant to art. 45 gdpr for commercial organisations, making the transfer of personal data to canada permissible.
we have concluded a data processing agreement (dpa) with snipcart in accordance with art. 28 gdpr.
order data is retained for the legally required period of 10 years where tax retention obligations apply (§ 147 ao, § 257 hgb).
5. payment processing
payment processing is handled by the payment providers integrated into snipcart (e.g. stripe). we do not store complete payment data ourselves. processing by the respective payment provider is based on art. 6(1)(b) gdpr. please also refer to the privacy policy of the relevant payment provider.
6. contact and enquiries
when you contact us by email or via the enquiry form (e.g. for custom order requests), we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) or (f) gdpr.
data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
7. cookies
this website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the shopping cart and order processing (set by snipcart). no analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used.
